Wellesley, Massachusetts office. On the day of your visit, please bring your insurance card and a list of any medications you take. Please be sure that any required insurance referrals have been processed. Insurance co-pays are expected to be paid at the time of your visit. We are happy to answer your questions and help you streamline any insurance issues.
We accept most major insurance provider, including: Aetna US Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Fallon (Fallon PPO and Fallon PHCS plans only), First Seniority Freedom, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Medicare, Tufts, Tufts Medicare Preferred, Unicare and United Healthcare.
We also accept many other smaller commercial insurance plans. Please call our our office to see if your plan is accepted; our staff will happy to assist you!
Although we do not accept the following insurance plans, we can make arrangements for private payment if you have: BMC Healthnet, Commonwealth Care Health Plans, Fallon, (other than the Fallon PPO and Fallon PHCS plans which are accepted), Medicare HMO Blue, Mass Health, Neighborhood Health, Network Health and Tricare HMO.
